Docteur GBEH Binka, Commissaire Général dudit festival, est venu traduire sa reconnaissance au Docteur Bafétigué OUATTARA pour son appui lors du Festival de la Culture et des Arts DAN qui a eu lieu du 01 au 05 juin 2022 à Biankouman.
